As they say in The Castle I’m an “ideas” woman! From chopping boards, to rotating snowboard bindings to shampoos, ideas of new inventions or improvements on existing designs have always floated around my head. The ChangeMate was the one that I felt inspired, personally and financially, to pursue around the constraints of a young family. And of course, I managed to rope my sister into partnering me in the business over dinner one night. Luckily she is the one with the financial and computer skills - and I love the fact that no matter what happens we are in it together!
For me, product ideas are always a result of not being able to find the perfect item I want. In this case it was a very compact, attractive way of carrying thebasics for changing my babies, as well as being able to fit it all neatly into my favourite bag.
