Daks for kids

daksforkids® was launched in 2006, half a year after my daughter Isabella was born.
The idea came about when I discovered a gap in the market for funky cotton pants for kids to play and muck around in. I wanted pants that kids could be kids in, were hard wearing, made in Australia and affordable. While there were many labels for exclusive, designer kids clothing, there wasn’t much that was really affordable, so seizing this opportunity I decided to create my own! With a background in project management I drew up sound business and project plans and recruited great suppliers. I now have a contemporary, user-friendly website (http://www.daksforkids.com.au/), online shopping and 3 ranges of pants in 16 print types.
